Endoscopic neurosurgery has yet not reached safety and applicability of microsurgery. Endo-neuro-sonography is a new technique to make endoscopy safer by real-time imaging and navigation capacity (brain-radar). The ENS-image is a sonography scan at the tip of the endoscope (mini-CT) giving additional information to the endoscopic view. This book is the first one on the new topic presenting technique and equipment, anatomical features and first clinical series. Schematic drawings and tables and approx. 250 figures (approx. 70 in color) present the issue in a swift overview and precision.
