简介：　　In the era when information and communication technologies have undergone a robust growth, ICT universities are playing an unprecedented important role. And concurrently these universities are confronted with prominent problems such as how to educate qualified students for this new era, how to adapt their teaching and research to the technological innovations that progress each passing day and each passing month, and how to foster better and more active cooperation with enterprises. To cope with these problems, it is recognized and agreed that building a platform for ICT universities the world over is highly necessary.
