简介：Summary: Publisher Summary 1 This work investigates whether European Union anti-dumping determinations concerning products from Asian countries are in conformity with World Trade Organization law. To identify dumping the EU Commission and the EU Council go through the following steps: defining the allegedly dumped product, determining the normal value, determining the export price, and comparing the normal value to the export price. Each of these steps is assessed separately in terms of their conformity to WTO law. The text also provides analysis of the special anti-dumping rules regarding China.
