In THE FINANCIALCRISIS INQUIRY REPORT，the facts about the financial and economic crises that engulf the world will speak for themselves. Formed in May 2009, the Financial Crisis Inquiry Comission (FCIC) is a panel of ten commissioners chosen by the U.S. Congress to explain what happened , why it happened, and what could have been done to prevent it. On December 15th, 2010, the commission will release their official report to the President, Congress , and the World.
