【作者简介】

　　张立新，全国法律文学研究会会长、中国政法大学教授、博士、研究生导师、院学术委员会委员、学科带头人、美国康奈尔大学访问学者。发表有关英美文学与文化研究、翻译和英语教学的论文50多篇。其中10多篇发表在国内外重要的核心学术刊物上。出版专著8部，其中一些作品具有很高的学术价值。主持国家社科基金中华外译项目2项、参与1项、主持完成天津市法学会项目1项、主持完成北京市教改项目1项，主持完成校级人文和教改项目5项。由斯普林格出版的The Tradition and Modem Transition of Chinese Law在国际上产生了重要的影响。曾多次被评为校级和院级优秀教师，优秀工作者和师德表率。在文学、翻译、法学和教学中做出突出成绩。长期从事法律文学的研究，著有《英美文学与法律》等相关著作，对我国的法律文学研究的发展做出重要贡献。
