简介
Illuminates the interdependence of organizational, group, and individual perspectives in today's organizational behavior patterns. Provides examples of integrated, multilevel models, and evaluates the dominant and most accepted techniques for the analysis of multilevel data. Offers tools for bridging the gap between macro and micro approaches, and argues that multilevel analysis should be considered in the study of all organizational phenomena. Klein teaches industrial and organizational psychology at the University of Maryland. Kozlowski is professor of organizational psychology and program head at Michigan State University. Annotation c.
