简介
《比较（VOL。41）》介绍了2006年诺贝尔经济学奖得主埃德蒙德·菲尔普斯在他的获奖演说中提出了“好的经济”的概念，《比较》亦在第36辑发表了此文。在全球经济危机肆虐之际，他进一步提出“令人向往的经济”的概念，即什么样的经济政策决策能够最好地帮助我们实现“令人向往的经济”。一个好的经济——“令人向往的经济”，必须有足够的活力，能够激励人们去解决问题和发掘人的聪明才智，能够提供大量的工作和丰厚的回报，因而使经济不断走向繁荣，繁荣就是目的本身，而不只是提高经济发展水平的一个手段。由此，我们对各种不同的经济制度进行选择的时候，它能够为我们提供一个道德标准。但在经济泡沫和亢奋期，这类本质性的制度问题，人们无暇深刻思考。危机来临，对既有经济的批判和对“好的经济”的思索恰逢其时，本辑《比较》首先就为读者提供了菲尔普斯的新文章。
