大学法律英语

专门用途英语（ESP）是英语教学中的有机组成部分，主要是为了满足学生的专业发展和就业导向需求。近年来，如商务英语、法律英语、航空英语等专门用途英语取得了长足发展，衍生了诸多跨学科的理论体系和研究方法。法律英语是法律科学与英语语言学有机结合形成的一门实践性很强的交叉学科,是ESP(English for Specific Purposes)*重要的分支之一.随着高校英语专业教学改革不断深化，国内许多高校在外语院系开设了法律英语课程或设置了法律英语方向,，收到良好的社会效果。本书是法律英语专业统编教材之一，是LEC考试统一指定教材。该书定位于大学法律英语。内容丰富，可读性强，几乎涉及了法律英语的听说读写译的各个方面。教材再编写上遵循由总述到具体，有深入浅的原则，即便达到《大学法律英语教学大纲》提出的基础阶段和提高阶段的目标要求。
