简介
作者著述本书的目的主要有二:其一,以简洁、清晰但却不乏说服力的方式为法学院学生提供一本国际法的基础读本;其二,以英文这一国际通用语言写成此书,为国际法双语教学的有益尝试提供可供选用的基础性素材。本书的写作始终遵循如下指导思想:结构合理、思路清晰、言之有据,论之有理,力避武断、简洁明快。 本书的主要适用对象包括:国际法专业研究生、法学院本科生及外交工作人员。此外,对于一般法律实务者和法学研究者了解国际法的基础理论和实践,本书也具有一定的参考价值。
