简介
《拜月亭》的故事情节，围绕蒋世隆与王瑞兰、陀满兴福与蒋瑞莲的爱情纠葛而展开，说的是元兵进攻金国当时的首都中都（今北京），金主听信主和派大臣聂贾列的谗言，杀了主战派大臣陀满海牙，并欲诛杀其全家。陀满海牙之子陀满兴福闻讯潜逃，得遇秀才蒋世隆资助，并与之结为兄弟。在元朝大兵压境的形势下，金主迁都汴梁（今开封），并令全城居民随迁。蒋世隆与妹妹瑞莲在迁徙途中走失。其时，兵部尚书王镇奉旨北上出使，留在家中的夫人与女儿瑞兰也在随迁途中走失。蒋世隆没有找到瑞莲，却遇上了瑞兰，两人患难与共，心生爱慕，在招商店老夫
