简介
《饭店英语》根据星级酒店用人标准而编写。编者以酒店各部门工作职责为中心,将英语学习与部门各岗位服务功能和工作流程相结合,通过设计不同的学习任务,形成不同岗位的语言学习实训模块。通过这些实训模块的综合实践,提高学习者的酒店工作实用技能,包括酒店英语语言能力,酒店服务技能,信息分析与处理能力,团队合作能力和自主学习提高的能力。同时,编者在每章均设计了酒店服务案例分析环节,通过对案例的解读与分析,进一步提高学生的服务意识与发现问题、解决问题的能力。
