Summary:
Publisher Summary 1
Erin O'Hara O'Connor (Vanderbilt U.) joins the team of editors to update once more a casebook that started in 1978. A new introduction surveys the field of conflict of laws to provide students a sense of its breadth. Other new chapters cover choosing legal regimes, and choice of law in complex litigation. Material has also been revised throughout, and sometimes rearranged; for example the chapter on Internet conflicts has been distributed into separate topical sections, because courts to do not seem to be treating them any differently.
