简介
《主流英语国际通用教程练习册2》适合初中级水平的英语学员。课程设置在听说方面，强调功能英语表达（表达情感、描述复杂事物、人物等），培养学员在不同语境下灵活运用语体和语调。通过本册的学习，学员能够基本表达个人的情感，如惊异、喜恶、沮丧、抱怨等，能表达个人就某一事件的观点和意见；能够基本完整地讲述一个故事，如故事的发生、发展、结局，时间、地点、任务、原因等；能够描述个人经历、体验，如昨天发生的一件事情，表达愿望与理想，如近期期待的旅行地或将来的理想职业等；能够对自己提出的计划或要求采取的行动做出合乎逻辑的解释，给出有说力的证明。在阅读方面，讲解一些实验指导和科学现象，开始介绍各种表格（如出入境表格等）、广告和一般商业信函（如邀请、感谢、通知、回复等）。在写作方面，通过训练学员灵活应用单句和复杂句，帮助学员分清和掌握写作词汇，即关键词汇。在书信写作方面，开始介绍和接触商务写作。
