TVS: This book is organized according to the atomic numbers assigned to the elements. Discussions of each element are broken down into smaller sections that include a technical summary of basic physical properties, a brief history of the element, a more detailed description of its chemical and physical properties, production methods, a summary of some of the important and interesting compounds, and a list of known isotopes. The crystal structure diagram found beneath an element's name is the most common crystal structure for that particular element.
