简介
本书包含6个部分：1、文化研究、跨文化意识、跨文化交际等基本定义和概念；2、国际化和全球化的性质、特点、含义及其异同；3、语言、社会与文化身份之间的关系；4、思维定势与偏见；5、跨文化交际的研究范围以及跨文化交际与教育的关系；6、跨文化能力及其培养，如何成功地实现不同文化之间的相互交际与理解以及跨文化交际与理解的各种前提条件等。编者根据这6个范畴，还选取了30篇有价值的相关文献，其目的是让学生直接吸取原著的精华和精神，最有效地学习跨文化理论知识，提高跨文化交流能力。
