简介
对四种中国产的民间中药的酚苷类成分进行了基础研究，它们是：青龙衣、南瓜子、伸筋藤和山苦茶。从青龙衣中分出23个酚苷，有8个新化合物，并对分离的化合物体外抑制HL-60白血病细胞，Kato-III胃癌细胞和A549肺癌细胞的活性进行了评价；从伸筋藤中分离了10个酚苷，有2个新化合物；从山苦茶中分离了9个酚苷，有2个新化合物；从南瓜子中分离了5个新酚苷。通过化学转化和光谱测定，确定了这些新化合物的结构。
