简介
Jackson and Wilde (both law professors at the U. of Reading) present the second of two book based on papers given at a March 1998 conference on property law (the first was titled ). Eight of the 14 articles discuss property law as it relates to conservation efforts and commonholding in the UK. The final papers comparatively explore a number of issues as they are treated in such countries as Finland and South Africa. Some specific topics include the legal basis of a "right to roam," aspects of condominium law in the Bahamas, and which interferences with property produce a constitutional right to compensation.
